01Processing of personal data
In accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”, I hereby fully and unconditionally accept the privacy policy and give Sole Proprietor Danil Viktorovich Emelyanov | INN 220454953281 | OGRNIP 326220200026652 consent to the processing of my personal data, both automated and without the use of automation, by means of collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification and deletion, as well as by transfer (provision) to third parties engaged by the company:

information about your computer’s hardware;
information about running processes and system data;

02Information security policy
The Seller takes the necessary and sufficient organizational and technical measures to protect Buyers’ personal data from unlawful or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution and other unlawful actions by third parties. To ensure information security, the following measures are applied:
use of the secure HTTPS (TLS/SSL) protocol on all pages of the website, encrypting data in transit between the Buyer’s browser and the Seller’s server;
storing Buyers’ passwords only in hashed form using modern hashing algorithms;
restricting access to personal data among the Seller’s employees who have access to information systems;
regularly updating server software and security systems to fix known vulnerabilities;
monitoring attempts at unauthorized access to the Seller’s information systems.
03Secure transfer of confidential information
All data the Buyer transmits through the Seller’s website, including login details and payment information, is protected with SSL/TLS (Secure Sockets Layer / Transport Layer Security) encryption. This technology provides:
encryption of the communication channel between the Buyer’s device and the Seller’s servers, preventing interception of data by third parties;
verification of the server’s authenticity with a digital certificate issued by a certification authority.
Payments are processed by certified payment providers. The Seller does not store Buyers’ bank card details on its servers. All payment information is sent directly to the payment provider over a secure channel and processed in accordance with the Payment Card Industry security standards (PCI DSS).
